We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Where you are located in the EU and we offer you services, we observe the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) also applies.
What this website does not do
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, tracking pixels or cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not loaded from third parties.
Server and delivery
The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Content is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which forwards requests, blocks attacks and caches content. This involves technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the requested address and browser information. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not store access logs for this website ourselves.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us or call us
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone or via the contact form, we process your details (such as name, email address, phone number and message) to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The contact form sends your details as an email to our mailbox via Cloudflare (Workers and Email Routing); the page you write from and the country derived from your IP address are included. We use your IP address only briefly to prevent abuse through mass requests and do not store it. Emails to our address are also forwarded to our mailbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. WhatsApp is additionally subject to the terms of Meta.
We delete inquiries once they have been dealt with, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Embedded YouTube videos
Videos only load when you click "Play", and then in the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) of Google Ireland Limited. From that click on, Google receives data such as your IP address; Google's privacy policy applies. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your language choice
When you choose a language, your browser stores that choice locally (localStorage, entry "aivh-lang") so the site appears in your language next time. The entry never leaves your device and can be deleted in your browser settings.
Transfers to the UAE
As we are based in the United Arab Emirates, we process your inquiry there. There is no EU adequacy decision for the UAE. The transfer takes place because it is necessary to answer your inquiry and for pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
What you can request
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please write to info@ai-vision-hub.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live.
